I wasn’t sure if it ok to share it here(?) and also didn’t know how to name the topic, but anyway I thought about sharing this with you, this youtube channel that I found some years ago and which among other things, in short, had helped me a lot in understanding life, relationship, myself and therefore saved me from a lot of dukkha.
Usually the clips are few minutes long and nicely animated and voiced.
May you benefit from it if you didn’t know it before.
