PARAMATTHAJOTIKĀ II commmentary mentions buddhas deva world?

When he passed away there, he was reborn among the devas. Having passed one period between buddhas in the deva world, in the time of our Blessed One he was reborn as the son of a financier in the city Dhammakoṇḍa

After he passed away, he was reborn among the Tāvatiṃsa devas. Rays appeared on his chest and his chest shone like the moon, so they called him “the young deva Candābha (Moonlight).” Because of his success, he passed one interval between buddhas being reborn up and down in the six deva worlds.

The idea is that it is one “interval between Buddhas”, i.e. the period of time that lapses between one Buddha and the next. there’s no “Buddha deva world”.
