Perhaps the Sanskritists here could shed some light on visarga haha

I don’t think niggahita would have its own dictionary entry as it cannot begin a word.
It’s the ‘full nasalization’ of a, i, or u, not a consonant.

The visarga does not appear in Pāli or any prakrit I think.
