On my Windows 10 laptop, this only reproduces on Firefox, and does not affect Chrome.
Very strange. I use FF and have had no problems.
Once you disable and enable js, does it keep working, or does it break again?
If the problem happens again, could you hit f11 and go to the console, then share a screen shot of what you see? Maybe even do a ctrl shift R once you have that open, just to clear things out.
