Congratulations!

I saw the video about how Birkin Monastery survives in the freezing weather. Arrow River and Tisarana are also examples of monastic life at -40 degrees.

We finally finished the senior monks quarters (previously known as the granny flat). There are two rooms free for lay guests next time you’re in town.

Thank you for all the generous donations! Also, more monastic support coming our way, this time from Ven. Vimala. :pray: They tell a lovely story of meeting a Finnish monk many years ago and discussing the prospects of setting up something like this in Finland, with all the natural beauty around. And now years later it’s actually happening!
