I downloaded this a couple of years ago and have found it immensely helpful for understanding Buddhist cosmology. It’s replete not only with ontological knowledge but also encyclopedia-like information that leaves no stone unturned. I return to it again and again. I had always sought a book like this but no one seemed to know whether any existed. Yes, one does!
