Does this site support the creation of user groups that can be used to send private messages to a select group of people without having to select each individual every time a new topic is created?
Creation of groups by forum members is not something that is likely to be supported soon.
But you can add multiple users to a PM by creating a comma separated string user1,user2,user3 and pasting it to the Add users or groups field.
