Tuyhaṃ jīvanti supinadassanakāle nikkhamantaṃ vā pavisantaṃ vā jīvaṃ api nu passanti. Idha cittācāraṃ ‘‘jīva’’nti gahetvā āha. So hi tattha jīvasaññīti.

I think it’s citta + acāra, i.e, citta isn’t moving.
