Here is an ebook version of John D Ireland’s translation of the Itivuttaka. There is an EPUB, Kindle, PDF, and even docx version. PDF’s come in letter size and A4, as well as booklet version. The whole text is not that long so it is easy to print.

I tried editing the link (above in the OP) into the Wikipedia article, which seems to have been “saved”. Whoever “owns” that article might reformat it or so, but should probably preserve the info.
