After a lot of trial and error and more error, I contacted the site owner and got no reply to various emails. So I have now just added the link as an external link in the menu of translations for DN 31. So at least people will be able to find it.
With the other translation of the Tikipattana I also did not have much luck. After asking I received the same reply several times: “we are not yet ready but will contact you when we are”. So this is more than a year ago now so if it still comes, I will let you know.
