Well, Bhante @Dhammanando once stated that the Oxford translation by Skilton and Crosby is quite outstanding, and I do agree with him:
I don’t know which is the best translation of the Tibetan edition, but of the Sanskrit I know of none better than the one you already have. Don’t be put off by Skilton and Crosby being academics; they are also practising Buddhists of several decades standing.

If you don’t mind translations from Tibetan scripture only, there are plenty of nice ones, such as the one from Padmakara Translation Group.
